wow i was in a very different place when i listened to the riff raff ten years ago, just clicked on this its like putting a favourite old coat on that i lost, i was single then i met the love of my life naj 11 years ago boom in the blink of an eye im back here !
I have listened to this album non-stop since its release: on my bike, with my hands burning from the Berlin winter cold, in the shower, on the way to my three-hour German class, which I take three times a week after a full-time job; also when writing, when cooking with my partner. Specially this song has become a guide for surfing through the sometimes alienating repetition and routine. Thank you for the chorus, Alynda! It is so simple, yet so beautiful and evocative, like a prayer :)
This song needs to be played on all radio stations. Great lyrics/music/vocals...nothing bad in it.

I was listening to this song this afternoon. I was driving my new to me car home from a little road trip in the pouring rain. The car was handling amazingly well in the rain. It felt perfect. This song made me cry. It made me realize how incredibly lucky I am. I just got my dream car, I have my dream job. And I have the best friend in the world I can ever imagine having. I want my life to go on forever I love it so much. I love being alive.
