Sun Outdoors North Moab is nestled on 10 acres of shaded grounds with mature trees. There are a variety of ways to stay, so every guest can find the perfect accommodation. Our spacious RV sites include full hookups, and our tent sites include canopies that help protect from the outdoor elements. We also provide a selection of modern vacation rentals that are perfect for bigger groups or families.
There’s no shortage of amenities at Sun Outdoors North Moab. Our playground includes the latest equipment and is great for the kids to run off their energy. During the warmer months, you can beat the heat and cool off at the pool. Make sure to take your furry friends to check out our two dog parks, so they can run around and meet new friends in a space dedicated just for them. Head to the restaurant located next door to enjoy a great meal, then cap off your evening by taking in the starlit Utah skies at the resort fire pits situated just across from the welcome center.
We offer 24-hour laundry facilities and two bathhouses that have been renovated from top to bottom. Forget any last-minute items? Stop by our general store to find supplies and snacks that you may need during your trip.
The surrounding area of Moab offers tons of local attractions and things to do. Just a few of the endless options include state and national parks, off-roading trails, and rock climbing. If you’re looking to experience sightseeing from a bird’s-eye view, check out a hot air balloon tour and take in all the geologic wonders below. Plenty of rafting and fishing can be found at the Colorado River, which is within walking distance of the resort. Downtown Moab also offers plenty of unique shops, restaurants, and breweries to explore.
You’ll find the largest concentration of natural sandstone arches on Earth at Arches National Park located just 10 miles away. Canyonlands is Utah’s largest national park and is another attraction you’ll want to add to your bucket list. The famous Island in the Sky District within the park allows visitors to take in over 100 miles of jaw-dropping views of the surrounding areas. Both parks offer plenty of hiking trails catered to any experience level but are each uniquely different attractions you must make time to see during your trip.
