I have always been an Android user. Tried iPhone 5 and took back in 1 day. Now i do love my MacBook Pros. Just got the new MacBook pro m2 max fully loaded. But with phones I prefer and love my Galaxy phones. I have owned every one since the Galaxy 3. You have so much more control over your phone and works great.
6 months ago, I switched from iphone to Android. The experience has been impeccably smooth. Android is so much faster and snappier. The keyboard presses are faultless. The file system is so well-organized for photos, films, docs, pdfs, apks, etc. I can actually find everything. Transferring any filetype back and forth to a computer is seamless. It just works and does exactly what I intend. Apple always forced me to jump through hoops to complete any task, and it has become increasingly frustrating. After using Android, there is truly no going back to the excessively limited iphone.
You're friends were right, pixel is good for starter. If you want iOS like nice polish and beautiful animations and stuff, try Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi etc, they are solid.

Can you make a video of how much it would cost to switch from android to apple. Like the complete list such as the iphone, ipad, macbook, mac pc, earpods, the earpod max, the watch.... everything. It doesn't have to be the top of the line items, just a bit of a estimate of how much it would add up to, to comvert completely to the apple ecosystem
If we take phone, buds, watch - then from 500$ to 2500$. You can't create such a video for Android as the price tags are very different depending on which class of it you want to buy.
Pal, there are modes on Android. Same as on Apple. Sleep, work, theatre, driving , whatever you want. And you can even create your own ones. You probably didn't find them in settings but I promise they are there😂

Windows Phone fanboy who switched to Andriod; I use iOS at work. Only on Windows Phone and Android can you plug your phone into a computer and drag and drop MP3s, JPGs, etc. hassle free.

I hate the Samsung keyboard. Every Android I've ever had I've used the Google Keyboard on (Gboard). However, I've never had any issues with the iphone keyboard/typing Google maps navigation is great. Apple maps is also excellent.

@colefreddie5914 I honestly don't regret it at all. Despite having to change my watch, I'm really happy. The hardest part is just getting use to using an adriod phone instead of iphone. After the initial week it's pretty awesome.
A foldable phone is way too expensive for what you get for. I.e. the only foldable that I find barely useful is the Z Fold, but the uses aren't even that much to pay that price. I'm a happy Samsung user, but if you are willingly going to watch a video of a channel dedicated to Apple products, then obviously you are seeing someone who isn't used to Android, and thinks a platform *YOU* don't like it's better. That being said, it is not fair to mock another platform on a channel dedicated to that specific platform you dislike. If you don't like Apple products, why the hell are you even watching a video from an Apple user? Just leave.
You get stuck in one ecosystem. But neither one is good or bad, people just have a preference. Apple users don’t like Android & Android users don’t like Apple. But that’s because they are maybe have always used one ecosystem & don’t like change. IOS is a more simple OS to use which is probably why people like Apple. I’ve always had an IPhone since version 4 I think so never had an Android phone but have no hate towards Android. I really like IOS & it does what I want & need. One thing I don’t like is the file management. It’s not as simple to move files from IPhone to PC/Laptop especially photos & music. For files I use Google Drive. I wouldn’t mind trying out Android tho.

As an ex Android Dev using Android all life: 1. Font: I don't care about font much 2. Animation speed: I don't care much 3. Google Assistant: Don't use it much, I use my google assistant mini speaker for basic info stuff in home. Too akward to use outside of my room. 4. Recording phone calls: My one plus 7 pro doesn't seem to have this feature, I used third party apps for call recording, but never had a use for it. 5. Language: english is fine 6. Focus modes: never had it and dont have need for it. 7. split screen: I only multi task in pc not in phone, only sometimes I split screen to look at a photo, copy phone number or some kind of reference number and paste in another app, but iphone stock camera now seems to enable that now. 8. Clipboard: Now this is something I use a lot, but Gboard seems to be available on iOS so shouldn't that be enough? 9. Performance, well performance on android is good when you're just scrolling app drawer, but app optimization plays into 90% of a phone's performance, and it's well established they're terrible in android as opposed to iphones because of app devs being able to optimize for 4 iphones a year and unable to optimize for hundreds of new androids a year. 10. photos, shutter speed very bad on any android, plus android's default messaing or popular whatsapp messaging cannot send media in original quality unlike phone. Now here's other android things that are really good that arent in android: 1.lack of back button 2. call switching: i.e. put phone on hold while you take another call 3. lack of fingerprint (kind of big deal) 4. picture in picture: so can't see the person in a video call when doing something else, let's say on calculator app in iphones. 5. hotspot name: be able to change hotspot names is important, so people aren't trying to connect to my hotspot if they don't know my hotspot is on and aren't begging me for the new password. Perhaps it's time to switch to iPhone?

If u explore the useful and productive features on Samsung flagships such as multi windows, better screen recording, better CUSTOMISATION.. and Dex where you could pretty much use the phone as a mini PC on any TV, projectors or portable displays! And the S Pen! I've been using S10 that's 4 years old and still runs butter smooth!

you cant expect to like something after one day. you need to give it atleast a month to get used to it. if you buy an oppo it will be the same thing again. look up new things you can do with the samsung

@Imran I find it does grow on you. I don't know why you don't get the 14 pro regular size of you don't mind heavy phones. The s23 ultra has a beautiful screen and 120 Hz and would feel better in the hand than a pro Max but the software is so much better on ios. Icons are clear, messaging app and bubbles look better, setting app looks better, call screen looks better . I would have gotten the 14 pro but the weight was too annoying . I think I do like iPhone more but the s23 is growing on me .
@Imran when you message friends on iPhone, Samsung's photos are tiny as no imessage. I traded 13 pro regaukr size with apple as it was too heavy, my only option is 14 normal not pro , buy its 60 Hz and glossy
Switched from using apple for over a decade to android this year and I do miss some of the apple refinement…. But I use my phone like a tool way more now I’m on android. Anything I wanted to change, I could and do, which is pretty much always around making the use of it faster for my common tasks instead of making it pretty. I still have my iPhone and even though im super familiar with it, it just feels slower now despite the device not slowing down at all.

I have a s22 and iPhone 14 pro max with the MacBook m2 max. I love the control of android but it’s hard to just fully stop with Apple products
