- After so much wonderful support and suggestions from many, all around world, we decided to provide some of our post adoption updates! We hope this not only to encourages others to look into adoption, but help others currently in the process.

You guys are so precious! Enjoy this season of bringing your son home- it's so exciting and he will teach you so much about what love really means. Our daughters we adopted internationally are now 25 and 19 and they are my heart and soul. Enjoy every minute- even the challenging ones.

I have 2 grandson’s that were adopted from Korea at 6 months old. My daughter and her x husband adopted from Children’s Bridge. Ben is now 20 and Evan is 17 and in his first year at University. When they went to get Evan I went along to care for Ben. I wish you nothing, but happiness.🥰🇨🇦😘

Hello beautiful family. I have watched your adoption vlogs of your son darling Deavan. I think you are the most sensitive, thoughtful and understanding of this wonderful but also traumatic adoption of a new life and mummy and daddy after very close foster care for Deavan. He is the most adorable, happy and intelligent boy and feel sure with your tender love with you and your gorgeous girl he will have the most happy and best life he ever could. Your honesty in your little boys night terrors, when he seems not sure of quite where he is, is most sympathetic and full of tender reassuring love. I’m just glad it seems he doesn’t have RAD. He will keep settling in I’m sure. Everything is new so wait at six months he will probably be settled in.

Thank you for sharing. My niece adopted a toddler from India. The questions that I have are regarding the grieving process. She will be playing and suddenly burst into hard tears. My Niece has now employed a therpist who deals with adoption trauma. Have your other kids been doing well? You have beautiful children and a precious family! Congrats on your baby boy and thank you for sharing your family!

I'm so happy to see the update, thank you 😊 you have a beautiful family. Does he like sleeping in a bed? My Mom told me when I came to the U.S. at first I didn't want to sleep in a bed, I preferred to sleep on the floor. To this day I also am very sensitive to loud noises.
Hi Dody! Thank you for sharing your story and would love know more! Deaven, too, slept on the floor. Knowing this, we have a floor bed frame and firmer mattress that he has been sleeping very well in. ☺
