📌 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
Step 1: Install the refund plugin in WordPress
Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Plugin’s ► Add New
Search for ‘return and warranty, click ‘Install & Activate’.
Step 2 : Enable refund option
Go to return request ► Settings, select the return type & click ‘Save settings’
Go to default warranty & next to the ‘label’ rename it to ‘Return’.
Next select ‘Include warranty’, enter no. of days for the product return
Change order status to ‘completed’, to provide a refund option.
To change the order status to ‘completed’ automatically,
Install ‘Autocomplete’plugin, enable the auto-complete option for paid orders.
Go to Woocommerce ► Settings ► Autocomplete Orders
In the mode option, select ‘All paid orders’ & click ‘save changes’.
To refund the money to your customer.
Go to return requests & on request click on ‘refund’ option.
Click ‘Refund’ & you can refund manually or use stripe.
If ‘Cash on delivery’ was placed
Add a ‘Refund Form’ to get the bank details of the customer.
Go to Dashboard ► Return Request ► Requests Form
Add custom fields to the form & click save changes.
If ‘Cash on delivery’ was chosen & a refund was applied,
They have to enter their bank details.
Open the refund request, you can see the bank details.
After the refund, open the request,
Click on Refund & enter the amount then click Refund Manually.

We use this plugin but it's not working because the cancel request can not change the order status after one time customer submit the request. And also this plugin created one order I'd in multiple times request come . And we accept form backend cancel request after this customer also submit request.

The Plugin works only with simple products and not with variable products for which you need to purchase yearly subscription of $79 which is too high.

Go to woo commerce setting there you will see terms and condition page option.. make a terms and condition page and select that page from woo commerce setting
For privacy policy go to normal setting which is in bottom of the dashboard and there you will see same thing.. first make privacy policy page then select that page
