For me Resurgence is a team deathmatch until redeploy is closed and we get to play serious like a BR.
This has helped me get more kills. Too many people camping at the drop when it's time to get moving

I’ve been in warzone for the last 3 years, I’ve played resurgence ofc but warzone with the boys just hits different. dropping your first nuke is a whole new feeling.

i don't even play resurgance anymore since i see how sweaty it is on kbm lobbies, it's not my kind of fun to even try so i gravitated more toward plunder (or lockdown in this recent cod) and it's a real bummer. Majority of the resurgance quads lobbies i get leave me with 1 or 2 teammates max which end up leaving, usually having 0 awareness too. It's a skill issue and i wish id just get better lobbies, even after losing early 10 matches in a row.

Resurgence is the best mode now. BR in Verdansk was amazing. After they retired it the mode just feels boring. Too slow and you end up dying to nonsense 9/10 times

The argument about looting for ten minutes in BR is entirely your experience and no serious player should ever do that. It’s more for people who don’t know how to play, if you’re not out hunting two minutes after you’re landing you’re playing wrong. Getting to play at a fast pace in BR takes skill, you learn where to go.

I don’t think resurgence is necessarily for the sweats it’s more so for the MP players. It’s basically mp with warzone mechanics

Resurgence is the perfect combo of BR an team death match. They nailed it with rebirth Island
Something I don’t think people are ready for is that rebirth island isn’t going to feel the same, and not gameplay wise because of the new engine it’ll be on and stuff but because the Warzone community has fallen so far into the deep end, for instance in apex legends every once in a while very rarely you’ll find an entire squad camping up in 1 room waiting for someone to run in, but in Warzone it happens every game, I feel lil the game isn’t worth it as someone with a job and an actual life outside video games, especially when you can be on a really good match and die to something random completely out of your control, where in apex if I die I know it’s my fault and I could have played the situation better or the other team is simply just better

It’s not really a debate. When rebirth island came in it changed streaming and made the viewer want to see fast pace high kill gameplay. Rebirth is BR having a love child Team death match.
resurgence isnt fun for me because of the campers and sweats. Idk how sbmm thinks im so good that I deserve to be put in tiktok lobbies. But in BR, it just gives you bots until you win. its still campy but I can have fun and not have to worry about a sweatie killing me the second resurgence ends
Resurgence is more aggressive and more team oriented since you need to depend on your teammates skills to respawn. Then, halfway through, it turns into battle royale
Battle royale is less team oriented but is recommended to survive further and is slower paced compared to resurgence.
Both modes fit 2 thirds of the cod community and helps give a choice between "do you want to die a lot in warzone?" Or "do you want to die TWICE in warzone?"
battle royale is more team oriented are you crazy? your never allowed to rush a full team on your own because you could be ambushed by thier teamates who will always be near by to them
resurgence you just go for kills
@ramz625 in resurgence you need atleast 1 teammate for an entire squad to spawn back. In battle royale you need the squad with the intelligence of a normal person to atleast have a chance at respawning after dying in the gulag

Resurgence can be solo but you need to depend on yourself even more to not only survive till you can respawn again but survive in a small battle royale map with respawning ON

Genuinely don’t understand the vondel love. I think it’s the worst resurgence map of all time. Too big and it’s nothing but rooftops
The majority prefers resurgence because the majority are bad. These groups of people prefer it
People with little to no time
Bad to average players
People without multiplayer
Content creators who can’t make it in BR
Chill players who don’t really care about improving.
And there’s nothing wrong with that.
That’s completely wrong. It’s just that normal BR is the most slow paced thing since the furnace in minecraft. Some matches you only get like 3 kills then somehow win. It’s boring and slow. Too much running around hoping to get into a epic gunfight.
