I live in Bexar County. The HOA boards are out of control. This man was not employed by the HOA as a security guard. He has no right walking the neighborhood armed, thinking he’s Deputy Dawg. He does have the right to call in a suspicious person or vehicle to law enforcement. In my opinion, he should be serving time for impersonating a peace officer, even if he hadn’t been in a uniform. He implied by his actions that he was indeed law enforcement. I believe in the castle law, but he’s not defending HIS castle. He’s playing cops and robbers with a deadly weapon.
Security guards should be required to have body cams and dash cams.

I have a nosy neighbor that watches my house, and im glad she does. Anytime she sees something suspicious while we're away, she calls the police. Called on my husband's brother once(he had permission to be on our property), but im thankful for her nosiness as shes like a distant alarm system. 😆
Thanks. I'm the neighborhood busybody and have called the police over the years. Had one robbery, one domestic violence, one child abuse stopped. Had two welfare checks done (unfortunately, one elderly had passed).
