This helped me too, the issue I was experiencing was the "Ok" wouldn't work.
This is the only video that worked for me so thank you! My issue wasnt to do with the charger it just needed the force reset without sliding!

You know what, I wasn't expecting my problem to be solved because I rarely find a solution in some random video, but after reading the comments recommending a force restart, I tried it and it works!? I have never seen a software bug like this? A normal shutdown or dead battery did not solve this for me but the moment I saw force restart I tried holding power and home and it's solved! Pretty crazy, I was preparing to hear some component on my charging circuit burned out. thanks!

@@Technomentary the issue reappeared after entering my passcode, I celebrated a bit too soon. The force restart is thus just a temporary fix. I did however find a real working solution for my case. All I had to do was plug in a Lightning to USB A female adapter, then plug a usb device into the adapter until it powered on. This somehow fixed the problem, may work for others too!
Did NOT work for me. The problem I am having, as are others is that the error message WON'T dismiss, thereby effectively locking the phone. With my iphone 11, if I try to reboot, it triggers an emergency call. WTF!

My charger works fine, but the wired earphones won’t! I tried different earphones, all apple originals. I did everything, nothing helps.

The ok button is not working what do i do
