I have been to this restaurant as well when I visited Japan and ate exactly those two steaks!! Great staff + atmosphere. Surprisingly, I found the 'cheap' round steak to be as good as the sirloin steak. Different flavours, but both were definitely some of the best steaks I ever had!
Yep. A5 Wagyu etc. is not really "better" meat. It's more like a different product

Thank God I live in South Africa - its not Kobe beef, but a decent steak costs about R1600 yen per KG.....
