Yeah, Phase Plant is definitely one of my favorite new synths. There are some nagging little issues but I'm sure they will be ironed out. It's definitely very worth it.
For sure. As with any intense new tech, there will be bugs and kinks to work out. Def worth the ride though.

i really like phase plant too. its kind of annoying you can only automate the macros/mod in ableton, since it has so many other infinite possibilities, but i think 8/9 is not enough.
Yeah, hopefully they'll allow you to map other synth parameters soon. But at least they have a lot of macros to use.
True.. it’s a great synth, no doubt about it. I’m enjoying it and find it easy to make some really cool sounds. you can kind of workaround this by loading the FX as an individual plugin on the channel and automating there too.
I feel like I followed everything correctly but when it got to the resampling mine sounded completely different

Damn this plug in looks crazy . Probably a huge cpu hog
It's a crazy beast for sure. Similar to Serum, its CPU usage can get out of hand when you have lots of unison voices and polyphony. Especially seeing as Phase Plant has a unison on generators, as well as global unison on the whole synth.

HAS NO MIDI LEARN FUNCTION!!!
NOT FULLY AUTOMATABLE!! which is a big limitation that doesnt allow us access to ANY parameter!! just.. and after tweacking to a max of 8 Macros. 8 Macros by far not enough. We need access to ALL parameters for Midi Learn and for "Automate last tweaked parameter"
