The special sauce is all handmade.
It was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2012 Special Edition and 2017 Special Edition.

This is my first pork bowl, but I didn't know it was so delicious.I could have eaten a second bowl.

Speaking of Rokkatei, that famous certain butter sandwich....It is really delicious. I bought a lot of them as souvenirs.The garden outside the store was beautiful and lovely.

We had the luxurious "red melon shaved ice" with rich red melon, champagne and melon puree granite, and a plate of 6 different types of melon to compare.
Melons, a specialty of Hokkaido, are said to be sweeter when there is a large difference in daily temperature.
It is said that Hokkaido melons grown in the right climate have a richer aroma and sweeter flavor.

A 120m² suite room.What a surprise, it has a jet bath with a view and a sauna. Too much.
The living room facing a big window has a couch overlooking the great outdoors!
The colors of the furniture in the room were amazingly pretty and visually quite enjoyable.
It's a very spacious room, and we just had a relaxing and luxurious stay!
