Love the effect but what do you do if they pick a number lower then the selected amount

Great question! Generally, I just start dealing their cards face up and when I'm in the range (1-3 cards away) from their card, that's when I ask them to name any number. Hope this helps!

For this trick, if the spectator picks a number under 13, the second deal will not help
