A friend and I took two WaveRunners from the east side of the lake to the west in late September during the middle of the week. We might have passed a dozen boats in six hours. It was like riding a couple of motorcycles on a deserted stretch of highway. The best time to be on this lake is April through May and September to whenever it gets too cold to ride. The fishing is outstanding, too!
