I am not against this type or something, but to be honest, this is something that anyone can make.. There is nothing special here, just some stupid noise. Though I can see the applications for this kind of sounds in background scores for films or games, this is not something that can be classified as music and being played or something.

Other option is seeing this as a soundscape instead than a "song". This is not exactly like music, where maybe you are looking for something that is digestible, comprehensible, something that your brain can make sense of. As the person above said: It's about what it makes you feel, about the sensations in your body
The more you listen to this soundscapes, you'll begin to find the ones that you like, and those are the good ones, as in any other genre.
I would call this a little mind numb, you know? Helps me turn of the head and turn on the body, explore some weird feelings, some strange imagery on my mind
It's all about the complexity of the sound and the timbre
