Another banger, W0rthy. This is super helpful for us low rank players as I find my teammates are less likely to communicate, so gathering info for myself is even more important. Regarding viewing ranks on the scoreboard, I agree that trackers kind of eliminates the need for it now, but Overwatch has a nice middle ground in that each match shows the average rank of both teams before match start. Still an interesting conversation to have. Cheers!
I've reached ascendant but until recently havent thought about this : when playing a round are you actively thinking about everything, eg. "If i smoke this off this eliminates this and that" instead of nothing, or if i dash here checking corners i know that i have the ability to do this that and the other, just actively thinking?
Hey w0rthy! Coming from the discord channel here - great educational video and well explained. Wrt thumbnail - I think you can elevate the concept by creating a curiosity gap, instead of giving away the answer of "looking at your mini-map" on the thumbnail. If I may suggest - how about a slight adjustment to the current thumbnail? Have a big red "x" over the mini-map instead with the text "don't look" - it's counter-intuitive on how this helps you win since the mini-map gives vital info. However, it still stays true to the content as there are moments we shouldn't be looking. Just my take after doing multiple thumbnail studies for our own channel. There may be other possibility to why you are fixated on looking too much on your mini-map 1. You are too fixated on your teammates rather than yourself 2. Mostly common is just autopiloting
