If you feel depressed, just remember, there's someone out there with no f.. arms and legs and that is happy and confident. Perhaps it's because he knows how to live in the now, he's found that inner gold pot that Eckhart Tolle mentions in his book.

This inspires me throughout my good days and bad... Especially today. I am struggling with addiction. Today is my first day home from treatment. It was a rough morning. Then I watched this! Thank you for being such an amazing inspiration. You my friend, delivered the message that I was intended for me and many others that are struggling in life.
What a great guy. Im glad that he has found a way to stay independent and live his life fully and show people how great they really have it to show us all that we have something to smile about if he is smiling. I have no doubt that is his purpose. To be a big part of teaching acceptance.
