@@williamfries8409 Well are you sure this "having it rough" comes by a low income family? Or is this kid mainly cursed and gifted with that kind of intellect that asks presumably the big questions first and than the smaller ones?
@@svart-rav8072 Not always, but I think that in his case, he has it rough because of low income. Besides his level of concern for the poor, if given the chance to spend it on himself, he'd spend it on food. He didn't specify any luxury foods. Generally, a third or fourth grade class (or whichever one this was) would answer with what they consider to be possibly copious amounts of possibly luxurious things--they usually ask for luxurious things, copious amounts of things, or both. If that general trend applies to the instance of that last kid, his answer suggests that food is like a luxury to him.

I don't think the kid understands math or the value of money. It seems as though he comes from a charitable household and was taught that it is important to give to others and not be selfish.
