I usually don’t leave comments but I had to let you know that I’ve been on Keto for 3 weeks now and I’ve followed every single one of your Indian food recipes and I’ve lost a total of 15lbs so far! Thanks so much for sharing and please keep the Indian recipes coming! They are so good and filling! Also, Can you please do more recipes using paneer!

Thank you and glad to hear that. Most of my recipes where I use meat you can replace the meat with paneer. Same recipe just switch to paneer as the protein. Especially recipes like my lemon pepper chicken.

You can sub whatever meat is easy to find. I usually try to find pale beef; the lighter the color, the younger the animal. Dark red beef is tough by comparison.

Guys. This is AWESOME!! I’ve had to do a bulk cook for a beef and butter (aka ghee) fast this week, and this has absolutely blown me away. I cooked 3x the quantity and amped up the spicing as a result (and because I love a chilli kick), but the cheese and cream still mellowed it out beautifully. Utterly delicious, and the ‘tasting face’ at the end is so real as it’s just delicious. Sahil - this is utterly brilliant and your cooking ROCKS!! Thank you.

In contrast to so many other Keto „Chefs“ who again and again repeat pancakes, cookies and cloudbread, I love your recipes with tons of aromas and spices (although I‘m more on the hot chili side than you), not only salt an pepper.... BTW doing Keto since 4 months, started with over 300 lbs and am now below 250, my diabetes and hbp is gone (no more medication!!) , your contribution to this result is defintely highly valued! You weren’t kidding when you said this recipe was versatile! I made Keto Keema last night with beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, and poblano pepper. 😋
Today I used probably close to 2 lbs of ground pork and beef, red bell pepper, a lonely tomato, a pound of fresh baby spinach, and ramped up the spices accordingly. And an entire bunch of cilantro, cuz this is how we do it!
I tell you, this recipe is now a staple in our household. Deeee-licious! Many thanks! 🙏🏻

Anyway, did mine with beef and cream cheese and it's truly delicious. Was a little dubious about the lemon juice, but needn't have been - it added that lovely zing you mentioned.
