Yeah I have had that happen. You're exhausted and trying to fall asleep but some idea comes to you so you have no choice but to get up and write it down, even when your eyes are burning. You really don't want the idea to get away from you.
I think Joe Rogan could do a 3 hour interview with Julian solely about what it’s like being JP’s son 😂

Ppl don't understand writers. I appreciate that you guys will share about writing. I quite literally was troubled just yesterday, when this would've been posted, that someone seemed to imply it a discredit to me as a writer that I point to how helpful it is to rework an idea I played with before. I took it as some attack on my personal story, as if the true story changes instead of my ability to package it nicely based on what I've been able to establish. I don't even wrote so much about myself, as I do have a passion for isolating the idea in explicit terms. To a populace that may be a little too busy to write, any piece of writing I produce must be about me. It may be based on me or my experience but it is ABOUT 'us,' meaning my fellow human, as far as how our experiences overlap.
I also find essay writing helpful to producing a lyric work, even as these different forms are opposite each other, too. Some writing extracts the idea from the example and some masks the idea to exemplify it.
I hope common ppl can be entreated to (or encouraged in) an education in writing. I believe our species would only be better for it.

It's true, the point of writing is to refine thought and that isn't limited by the project you're currently working in ya know

If talking in a staccato style and emphasizing ideas with passion are all it takes to earn titles like angry and hostile from the critics, then I pity the critics.

Why does Jordan Peterson always sound so angry, even when talking about stuff which usually don't make people angry.
It’s not all the time but I do notice it quite often too, especially in recent times. It’s unfortunate. Some say he is holding onto a lot of anger he hasn’t fully processed yet
@@evedotcom It's not al the time yes. I does seem like his anger and perhaps bitterness has grown in the years. Perhaps because so many people have gone after him.

@@luchiayoung I don't know why you would assume that it MUST be something in my past. All I notice is that in my eyes his demeanor seems to have changed over the years.
I think that’s part passion and part frustration
