Peas and sweetcorn are a common, affordable favourite of Waterfowl. Seeds are great in the colder months due to their high-fat content. Always add water to the bowl so that the food travels down the throat properly. It's during the Winter when they need our help the most. Food is scarce and they burn a lot of energy staying warm.

There's honestly no point in hunting anymore. If you want meat go to a shop where they're usually killed quickly and painlessly. A bullet can take a few painful seconds to kill.
When it makes gentle hiss, it actually means that it's eager to eat.

@@aaabbb-py5xd Good thing you stopped the bread, or they could get 'angel wings.' With angel wings, they cannot fly.
