    Is there a bearing on the shaft, or just the bearings inside the diamond drive that need to be serviced? I want to make sure I have everything needed while I am replacing the track.

      Soak it in automatic trans fluid overnight and get a big hamner if all bolts are out sometimes ya gotta get pretty hateful with em

      a ball of ice about 12 inches round but the track was quite old weak and partially rotten from sitting outside
