Is there a bearing on the shaft, or just the bearings inside the diamond drive that need to be serviced? I want to make sure I have everything needed while I am replacing the track.

How did you get that shaft out, mine is seized on there
Soak it in automatic trans fluid overnight and get a big hamner if all bolts are out sometimes ya gotta get pretty hateful with em

How exactly did this happen? Hit a rock or something?
a ball of ice about 12 inches round but the track was quite old weak and partially rotten from sitting outside
it doesn't pay to buy used tracks for high horsepower sleds
