I watched that 30 seconds so many times and I seen them live 3 times in Oct will be my 4th. they are maybe best live band ever and so many people don't now them
He's undoubtedly very well trained. We are just not used to vocally trained rock singers, cuz they are mostly famous for just being self-taught and winging it at concerts. :)) He started singing professionally when he was 13, and he very obviously is trained in various singing techniques. Lots of practice, too. If you check out an early performance, like Kagerou from 2007 (live), you'll notice he was a rough diamond back then. Had the tonal qualities, the crispiness, the crystal clear voice Toru fell for (haha, he literally stalked Taka into joining his band), but he was nowhere near this good. Years and years of practice, experimenting, and learning is what makes him this good now. A vocal coach actually broke down this long note, saying that with the right technique, anyone can learn to hold out a note for 30 seconds or even a minute, but the fact that he does it in a live concert setting, running around, consistently performing it show after show is another level of skill. Cuz he's fighting the diaphragm instinct to take a breath and needs to keep his heartrate low and steady for the diaphragm to not try to kick in when the brain registers high Co2 levels in the system. Taka is indeed insanely FIT. :)
What a great singer! Taka is superhuman and his super power is not his great singing voice (that is natural talent and skills), it's his ability to connect to us with his lyrics and presence! Long live the Frontman King!
Yesss, another OOR reaction...thank you for loving their songs/performances so far...can't wait for more...i think i forgot to reccomendation gravity luxury disease japan tour 🥰

I went to the LIVE hosted by One Ok Rock 5 days ago. TAKA was singing while running around Kyocera Dome at the encore. It was amazing.
From what I've heard taka does acupuncture on his throat and he runs before every show
And he does this in the middle of a 2-hr show.
Next please reaction NEON bro 🤜
His mother and father were singers.. One of his brothers has his own band too.
Taka just held that long note during all the concert on this tour haha. Love ur reaction sir!
2015年の緑髪のtakaは更にトーンを1つ上げます
I always enjoy watching it.
このロングトーンやばいよねw
My favorite vocalists are Cornell, Grohl, Bennington and Taka.
