How do you create the layers in figma though, starting from blank?
want to ask sir, in visual studio code can we make a command code for the same color in the generated nft...for example, the trait of a beige face, beige body, beige hands and if a brown face meets a brown body, the brown hands are arranged according to the color of their skin, not messy like a beige face meets a brown body and other color hands.. hopefully you can help tell me how, thank you very much 🙏🙏

How do you colour the image and shadows changing the colours to create different layers?
Make a template for the layers you want to alter the color of. Each will need their own object

i started my canvas with 1000x1000 but every time i generate them to make my NFTs they dont align up. What am i doing wrong?
Why is important to export as PNG?
To use the image as a vector (unlimited resizing), it needs to be saved as SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic).
What you are doing is creating a vector, but then saving it as a fixed size. When that file is then used again, it will become blurry when resized.

When you say every layer has the same dimensions how do you do that cause some of my traits and layers are smaller pixels then my base and backround and I’m running into problems uploading them into a generator my images are all blown up and look distorted compared to what I see in my photoshop
Did u find solutions ? I have same problem. Background is 1000x1000 then body is different and ayes and everything else is different sizes . And when I generate it's a mess

Where did you show how to randomize the traits?
The video has already started with the frames ready. For beginners like me, the beginning was missing, the beginning of how to create the frames correctly, frame on top of frame. I'm breaking my head and I'm not able to export correctly because the beginning of the beginning was missing.
How would you do shadows and highlights? If the base face had shadows/highlights, and you wanted to have multiple face colors, how would you inherit those shadows on each new color? I’m thinking in photoshop, you’d simply have the shadows on a layer ABOVE the multiple color layers, but I’m not sure how you’d export those two layers as one PNG. Thoughts?

What do you do if there are different bases and they only work with specific traits? Is there basically a way to create a path in terms of what a layer can and cannot use? Or would it be easier to generate each different base with the traits one at a time?
noone answers this question John, they only explain the single main base designs....

while I was editing the collection name, a pop-up appeared in front of me. And there was something written in it that if the URL is the same, then it will not work. And just OK option was written on the right side. Which I didn't get to see well. and i was click Ok button and then i can see Update successful. Then is it any problem in the future?

In box "Export Layers to Files > PNG-24 Options" just select 'Transparency'

When I go to export layers my photos on isn’t doing the same as yours with the boxes around the layers while exporting. Then when I go to generate it makes every layer huge. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

@@mrghost5782 I ended up using a program called MediBang paint on my iPad to make the base layers, then I export PNG files and save to my files on my iPad. Then I use procreate to finishing coloring and shading and adding top layers. Then you can export directly from procreate the raw PNG files and I email them to myself and then save on my pc and run the generator. A little bit of a process but it’s not too bad. I found using my iPad I can edit the layers better. You could use procreate for the entire process if you wanted as well.

Are you drawing the layers in a different app and then importing them to figma? Also I am having a problem where I placed the images for the background but when I click on them like you do I don’t see them come up, it’s as if they are hidden because I only see the white frame. Any suggestions?
I have a frame named Backgrounds> a subframe with the name of the background I.e.: white clouds > and the image within that frame.

I was wondering if we could do the minting process in two batches because I have different characters with different profiles. So can you upload a first batch into Opensea and mint the rest in another batch? Will this mess up the numbering?
