@@xonicx7 not weird but many top players lay their device down on a table and tap it with index fingers like in stepmania on a keyboard. This also allows you to use 3 fingers for tricky sections which is an advantage on some charts!

Ive been playing on and off for a few months now and keep hearing these "styles". I use my left thumb and my right index while I lay down before I go to sleep so idk what style that puts me at lol.
Also thank you for your sync tips! Ive always loved rhythm games growing up and I found this game a while back and it was really fun starting out but I would swear I was on beat but I was missing lots of perfect+ and it would frustrate me and make me stop playing for a bit. Once I watched your video I realized I was keeping tempo with my eyes cause I was watching the note blocks. It was preset to 350 mil sec delay and after following your advice to sync it to a 160 bpm tempo by ear its now at 520 mil sec delay and the difference is night and day. So far ive turned 20+ 5 star, gold, and platinum songs into diamonds! Also got into top 2% standard and top 1% deluxe rank!

Thank you! My best advice is to accent the downbeats of each 16th note set. ONE (e, &, a) TWO (e, &, a) etc. it helps me keep time better. You can hear it in the short I did of Godzilla stage 5 with just my handcam audio

This is Godzilla from the Eminem Special Event Weekend that happened in August and cost 199 gems. It is likely they will release the content eventually in other boxes but there is no firm timeline from Beatstar.

Yeah I’d put Godzilla higher than Rockstar from both a clearing and scoring perspective!

It doesn’t work that way, that’s like asking me what my shoe size is so you can copy it - every device and setup is different.

It’s the camera angle, the gameplay is more “on” the hit box that it looks. But in truth you can play this game nearly anywhere around the hit box as long as your timing is correct.

It was already unlocked, the previous score is clearly shown as 99,974 which is a miss by 1p. Diamond threshold is >99,000.
