Question about the c7 heui injector. Is there a company that sells the Spool/control control valve spring in United States? I'm rebuilding some injectors and there are some of them that have broken springs.

Thanks, and yes, our products are intended for professional workshops.
Aside from our tools, repairing fuel injectors requires a test bench that would set you back several thousand euros/dollars anyways, it is not something one can (nor should) do on his own.

I am about to do a bunch of service work to my pickup and would like to rebuild my injectors as part of this service. As such, I have sent several emails & pricing requests to Redat (Florida office) over a ~3 week period but have not received any response. What gives? As far as I have found, Redat does not list any resellers for it's parts, which suggests one should buy directly from Redat, but again, no response. So, how do you get in touch with Redat to buy parts? Do you only sell to shops? It seems extremely easy to rebuild these injectors, the most difficult part is locating & obtaining replacement parts. I thought, because of this video, Redat was filling this void in the aftermarket by making the parts readily available to the general public but the complete lack of response to my inquiries suggests otherwise and has been extremely disappointing.

We are sorry for the issue.
This channel is operated from our headquarters in Italy, but I confirm that Redat North America has been informed of your comment.
We are very glad that our videos succeed in showing how an injector can confidently be repaired with our tools and spare parts, but I do note that our offer caters to specialized diesel workshop rather than private customers.
On one side, experience remains crucial.
We are guilty of making it seem easy, and you are the only judge of your own skills and dedication, but we still discourage self-made repairs.
On the other, a privarte person would not reasonably posses some expensive pieces of equipment which are taken for granted in a specialized workshop.
For example a good test bench, specific for any given type of injectors, can easily cost several tens of thousands of dollars, not something anyone would consider unless it is their job to have one.
Without proper testing and calibration, even an otherwise good job relies on sheer luck.
Please consider carefully before deciding wether to repair your own injectors.

Truly, thank you for the response. A response of "no" is much better than no response at all.
I am extremely confident I could rebuild my injectors; parts acquisition has proven to be the sole hurdle. I have access to company capable of performing flow testing & calibration, but I am also looking into a local diesel performance shop rumored to have a flow bench; all moot if I cannot procure parts.
At this point, I need to know if Redat would be willing to supply me with parts. Obviously, ideally, I would be looking to purchase components in sets of 8, but I imagine you typically supply in much larger quantities. Your message strongly hints at the answer being, "No, Redat will not supply you with parts." but, I would appreciate definitive "No." rather than it simply being strongly implied. If, by some miracle the answer is "yes", please advise me as to the optimal contact method.
Again, even if the answer is "No.", I sincerely appreciate you responding to my comment.

@B Brown 7.3 I'm also rebuilding my injectors. Did you do the measurements on the injectors and find out what needs to be done? If you have machine shop abilities and discipline you can do this yourself. If you are rebuilding your 7.3 and putting in new pistons the wrist pins can be used to make the spacers/washers. The inner diameter of the pin is within tolerance, but make sure! Using the ends of each rod will give you tempered hardened steel. You have to use a Ceramic cutter insert to turn it down to its correct diameter. A tool post grinder for parting (cut) it. Surface grind to the correct thickness to bring the poppet back into specs for injector 1. Now do injector 2. Chow. PS. The surface of the main body needs to be machined 1st If it needs to be. Reassemble re-measure. That will give you the thickness you need for that spacer. Remember you cannot measure enough times. You pretty much have one shot to get it right. Make it a bullseye the first time 🎯

@@danarnit7839 I am not rebuilding the engine- just taking care of some oil leaks, replacing up-pipes, turbo rebuild, & cleaning things up, changing all of the fluids & filters, etc. I have ~335k on the injectors, it starts & runs like a top (even in cold weather), but I'm going to replace the injector cups & external injector O-rings while I'm at it. I take care of my pickup and see all of this as preventative maintenance at this mileage.
I haven't started yet- still waiting for parts. While I have the injectors out to do the cups & O-rings, I wanted to disassemble the injectors, replace the internal O-rings, & ensure everything is in spec or return everything to spec- but, nobody will talk to me about internal injector components. So, I expect I'll go through everything and about 1500 miles from now, I'll have some catastrophic injector failure & have to drop $2k on rebuilt injectors.
I stopped pursuing the injector rebuild effort because I've been stonewalled at every turn. Admittedly, I've never rebuilt injectors but with access to parts, it looks to be a piece of cake and I suspect they could be rebuilt for a tiny fraction of what it would cost to purchase rebuilt injectors- but if nobody will supply parts or information, there's nothing I can do.
Assuming you have access to injector internals, if you don't mind sharing, where are you getting them?

@B Brown Hi, Go to CATERPILLAR 3126 HEUI on Redat site Italy. It should be where you found the parts diagram. I'm machining a new spacer, part #6 Which goes between part #36 and #7 Which is thicker than stock. This goes under the upper poppet valve seat. By taking all of the previous measurements after machining the body this let's me know how thick that spacer needs to be machined too. With the amount of mileage you have on those injectors I would at least take cylinder number 8 out and do some measurements on it. With those miles and the tiny amount it takes to put them out of speck, you're getting really close to that. On that DIY page they walk you through that part of the armature measurements it's simple and quick.
