I personally feel the way Amreen felt bcz when I was 18 I also had a bad habit of leaving my hair open and sitting alone and singing melodiously due to this I've attracted a jinn unknowingly
Not only this I even used to hear some kind of whisperings in my ears and I can identify it is of a man and one day when I was sleeping alone I got myself holded by someone but I'm not able to look at him I am even not able to shout its like I'm paralyzed or some thing but I didn't give up and I uttered my voice and suddenly relieved me from his hold .
Then I told everyone what had happened for me luckily my family members believed me and my mom took me to a maulana and explained him everything he then gave me a list which contained some surahs including surah jin
I read them everyday without missing and I blew it into the water I only drink that water and now alhamdulillah it relieved me and now I'm happy and I'll be 20 years old this month.
But apart from reading Quran I made myself busy in praying all day and I didn't fear bcz fearing the jinn will end up in jin possessing us bcz when we fear we lose controls in our selves

It's true it happens. Jinns exist and they're much more horrible then what we think about them. I've seen many jinn possession with my eyes too. It's true jinns get attracted to strong fragrance, hair, voice, beauty. That's why Allah has made these things haram for girls in Islam. This is the reason pardah is necessary. It saves us from haivan jinn as well as humans too.

one of my close mom's close relatives is actually living this.. and the fact is that even though u get married that jinn doesnt allow u to hv children or doesnt let ur spouse anywhere close to u.. she is quite old now but it scares me to visit her n stay at her place for long.. that is why be it a boy or a girl we must protect ourselves from falling prey to these kind of incidents..

at night, i often feel like someone came and sat at the corner of my bed, i experience sleep paralysis too but my experience of sleep paralysis is different that most people and it certainly doesnt feel normal. Idk what to do anymore. I didnt think much of it before but all that paranormal things that happen to me combined with my deteriorating health and bad life that keeps getting worse makes me think something is up.
For us Muslims, if something like this happens, then we pray to the Jinn about Sulaiman Al-Salaam, then everything will be fine, but we should have complete confidence.
If you are muslim play surah baqrah on computer on full volume and also ruqaiyya which is collection of powerful ayaths
If you are Hindu, recite Hanuman Chalisa once a day or listen to it before sleeping. If you feel attracted to any other God like Krishn or Shiv then you can also do chanting of any mantra related to them. Chanting habit really helps.
