The music is complete bliss. I listen to it while working. Become so involved in my activity that loose track of time. While meditating, I can feel each every note being played inside of me. Especially that flute in composition bloom is out of this world. It feels that the flute is shedding tears out of sheer bliss. Sitar in that composition is way too melodious. Personal story: one day someone visited my in laws and I felt so unappreciated, jealous and angry so I went to my room and played a melody in this style for three hours straight in order to calm my silly feelings. I later recorded it into a beautiful 10 minute meditation song. A droning violin, African drum, two steel string guitars and a recorder flute. I wish to someday be able to join or jam with mystic ensembles. I also play harp which has opened many doors for me. I reach out to this community and wish our life beings joy and fulfillment. Aho mitakuyase, to all my relations.
September 2009, first day of inner engineering. I remember sitting down inside the hall and yoga padhi playing in the background. Me, not knowing what is about to happen over the next 7 days is going to transform my life completely, lost and blissed out in this music.
I don't know... but I believe....the classical music certainly has great impact on the thought process....I work in very stressful conditions in stock trading where swings happen in seconds....with this music in the background I can concentrate better and it has a soothing effect on the mind while working....Thanks ...isha foundation and Sadguru for bringing this....
