  • (13 May 2018) BELLA HADID TALKS AHEAD OF NAOMI CAMPBELL'S GLITZY CANNES FASHION SHOW
Bella Hadid joined fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell to strut for a good cause Sunday (13 May 2018).
Speaking before the "Fashion For Relief" catwalk in Cannes, the model said she was happy to support Naomi, and a charitable cause:
"I am so excited to be here, I know it is for children and of course we love the children, but I am so proud of Naomi, I know how much this means to her and you see it from the inside out. She is so happy, and it obviously makes me so happy to make her so happy," Hadid gushed.
Campbell's friend Michelle Rodriguez also walked in the show, nonchalantly chewing gum and chatting with the other models, but, like Hadid, the cause and her friendship is important to her:
"Well I love Naomi and I know that she is a controversial human sometimes, but she's got a heart of gold. And I have known her for many years and I just love what she's doing. I love the idea of racial equality. I love the idea of getting together with people and using fashion to give out the message that 'hey, stop judging, we are all gonna die one day start loving each other because it is about that time. It is a good message, so I am here to support," she said.
The theme of the show this year is "Race to Equality," focusing on education, health and culture.
