"A silent mind" and the other videos had really helped me to reduce my worries and enjoy life. Just deepinig the presence so that you get lost our disapper as the salt cube who just keep going deeper into the ocean, what I feel is that this disappearnce seems to scare us out and knowingly, unknowingly we swim out to the safety of shore, and this being scared is quite natural
