Just heard good of their name and checked out a few songs just before deciding what I wanted to see on this festival. OC was not to be missed! And it was awesome…. 😉🤘
Was introduced to them when they opened the main stage on Friday at the 2022 Aftershock Festival and couldn't believe I had never heard of them. They were absolutely amazing. Going to see them again on the Jan 19th and can't wait.
Was on this concert, and every GMF before that, always a banger but Orbit raised the bar on this one. Usually the saturday shows are very weak in the morning (as everyone has drunk their asses of on thursday and friday) people wise, and before Orbit began playing it was pretty empty in the area. When Orbit began playing though, it was only a matter of maybe 10 minutes and the whole area was fully crowded like in the evening. Amazing band!!! (Watain brought a storm over the area too and they actually were planning on pausing the event because it was such a bad weather, but when Watain were done and over the storm laid off and dissipated for Abbath to take over. Hail Satan!)
I can only agree! The Watain-show was also something. I was discussing with a friend about the thunder surrounding the area, how it never came upon us. Then the lightning went of and boom, the watain-intro started. Perfect beginning!
Saw them love in 2022 when they were touring with inflames and ever since i've been in love with them, i actually got also lucky to meet them and another band imminence and i'm glad i did, otherwise i'd probably not listen to then to this extend i do now

it's weird but this doesn't seem to be played live... :/ if you look at Richard, he's hardly ever playing what you hear, especially during the outro it's as if he's just headbanging but not playing the riff Niklas is playing... (and yes, I know they don't always play the same riff, duh... just saying it doesn't look like it's really live...)
@@whyisyes3957 no no, I know they use samples in their backing track for that giant atmosphere, I love that! But it's just that the hand movements on guitar of both Niklas and Richard don't seem to correspond to the sound of the guitars... which made me question just how much % of it was live... I saw them front row at graspop this year and that was definitely live, but I dunno, maybe the camerawork influences my perception 🙂
