I used shotguns and still got clapped , I think it’s also his light mech and pattern recognition
@@rotonek2887 It's like the devs have a hard on for shotguns and the big gattling guns. I think it's pretty fucking stupid that I have to scrap my entire mech build for a shotgun/gattling one every time I go up against a boss.

Used this build with a Pile Bunker (no NG+ yet) and went from barely being able to get to her second phase to easily shredding her within a few tries. Cheers mate 🍻
Dual shotguns with the pile bunker was my ol' reliable build for most of my first run too. I'm doing dual laser pistols(plus some shoulder missiles and Moonlight) on my NG+ run, such a huge difference, much less staggers and burst damage but very constant DPS and a blast to use. From did a great job making a variety of playstyles enjoyable here.
Combo that with the lazer lance that will help you close the distance between the target even one Zimmerman shogun is enough to break her barrier and you can either use the railgun or any cannon in your Arsenal that deals a lot of damage

Had to come back and say thanks! After watching your battle I tried again with my current setup and won on my latest attempt. I was just playing wrong, Beam weapons will work just fine.
Such an insane experience
She was a tough one for me, so watching you decimate her was extremely cathartic. Thank you Raven! I finally managed to kill her with a dual pulse guns/dual minigun build. Switching weapons like that was crazy, but the pulse guns melted her shields down and stun-locked her enough for the miniguns to do what they do best. It was almost easy once I started jumping over her more ridiculous attacks. Good hunting ACs!
Goddamn that was beautiful. Your control was so perfect. I'm gonna try dual shottys cause beam weapons don't seem to do to great vs that shield.
Theres a special weapon that is meant to be used for this shield bosses

I went dual laser cannons on back and laser handguns. If you’re good in close range, it’s unstoppable fr 🤣

Individual boss is not impossible, but beating the whole game without checkpoint is an entirely different story.
And to be fair this boss and Ibis attacks are less stray than bullet sprays. It's very telegraphed but still fast. It's very impressive nonetheless.
Yeah some of the bosses can be no damaged. Everything else tho? Pretty unlikely unless some madlad actually pulls it off

I beat the game without getting any upgrades from the chips from the arena. Was struggling on this fight but after seeing this I swapped to using the zimmermans and things felt a lot more fluid and easier to follow. Thanks for helping me get through the last leg of the game!
to be fair the upgrades from the arena are only a whole 15% damage boost or damage mitigation, they really don't decide much honestly the best upgrade is the assault boost kick and the weapon bays

ya know i felt bad for not siding with ayre at first but bettaying cinder also seemed wrong at the end though the line " fires of raven" make it so worth it that so hard
I also felt very bad towards the prospect of betraying Carla. But fuck it im going to in my current playthrough
Ending did go hard. Still, the fight was both hard and kinda sad. Ayre has one person in the world she can talk to and rely on only to be slain. Quite the end to such a poem. And of course it’s never the end

Walter was a bit easy though, maybe that was the point? As a whole fires of raven was harder then liberator.

@@MrKlatcham looking at fightincowboys' part video in the comment section he says the twinblade you get in NG+ in the shop so if the twin blade is Rusty's weapon (which I assume it is since it does have two blades on it) just play through NG+ it looks like

that was a crazy good fight man, very calculated. so is she supposed to be the waifu fight? hehe i mean every souls has one. i know this isnt souls, but u know what i mean.
She is indeed, but in this fight you basically turn on her. But fret not, just like any FROMSOFT game, there are multiple endings.
@@RamothElggur huhu, I don't care bout spoilers at this point, my game is about 2 days on delivery, I just can't stand waiting anymore, so I watched other playthroughs. glad to see no damaging boss is still possible, Ive done it in ds3 and elden ring. It was really a fun experience.

It's skill like this that make it so that those that enjoy fun more than difficulty, can't hang with the level of skill needed to complete certain games. Always fun to watch though!
Some people derive fun _from_ difficulty. From that lens they might enjoy “fun” even more than you do! No need to act like these players are focused on something other than the core thing we all love about games :)
The only obstacle in your way of being able to “hang” is how much time you personally want to spend getting better!
Understand ur PoV but difficulity can be part of fun and I'm not just talking Fromsoftware games.
Alien Isolation imo is challenging game because of how "smart" the aliens are but I still find it fun because of how intense amd immersive it is.

His camera seems to move seamlessly with the lock on despite the near instant movements.

How tf do you track her so well? My AC looses sight the moment she dashes somewhere so i manually have to search for her
If your using a controller, try pressing down the Right Stick, itll allow you to lock onto enemies. Otherwise go into the setting and look at the control layout. There should be a lock on, saves my ass all the time.
Do you have quick turn unlocked? Highly underrated, costs 1 OST
I figured it out and killed her immediately. I play with m&k and when you move the mouse the lock on dissables, so not moving the mouse and just pressing the fire buttons did it for me.

@@Miner4181 I don't think there's another way to obtain it. I'm done with my first playthrough with most of the hidden items completed, yet never got Rusty's weapon. So it's locked in NG+

so in ac 6 you can basically dodge attacks just by maintain yourself going to a side without dash? i am going to sound like an old man, but in 4 if you did not have a good timing and a good reactor you will be killed for not dodging fast enough, it is pretty impresive that you can dodge attacks without an old school dash.
no worries, there are tons of attack that can't be avoided by strafing. What you see here is a fragment of footage by a great player, trying it for yourself
@@gluelake i know all attacks can not be dodged by going sideways, but in 4 there is no way of dodging an attack from a boss only doing that.
Ac4 still easier cause u can regain energy while flying..

My first run through I tried using a medium build and got my butt kicked so I went to my "Boss Killer" Tank build with Mini Guns and the Shock Cannons from the Worm Mission. Even then I barely made it out on top. I definitely want to try again now that I'm tinkering more into lighter builds.
Story note, this was my first play-through path (Was in it for the highest money rewards.) I felt guilty in the end defeating her and seeing the final outcome. Had one of those "What have I done" moments.
