Awesome... can't wait to try it out... thanks for the video!
Great video describing the steps that you have taken to do a nice star trails time lapse. Will be looking into the LRTimelapse program to see how simple/complex it is to operate. Thanks.
It's simple once you have the routine down
Hi Alex, I just want to clarify something about setting intervals: if your shutter speed is 10 sec and you want a 1 second interval between shots you must set the interval to 11. As far as I know it’s the same for in camera as for external intervalometer.
Some of the intervallometers work differently.
For the ones I use, I set a 1 second interval no matter what the shutter speed is
Amazing Video!!!
Thank you!!

Thanks for this! I kind of got lost with the transitioning between Lightroom and LRTimeplapse, but I'll watch the vid again soon. No use for me to get too excited, I haven't seen the stars for many days, and the future does not look to bright (pardon the weak pun...)
There are better videos about LRTimelapse that explain it in more detail. I was rushing through
Tks for the video. How do we use subtract dark frames as I understand dark frames is to reduce noise.
I don't mess with dark frames unless I'm doing some deep space work
I have a Mac with OS BigSur 11.7.4. When I download StarStax it says my computer does not support it. Is there some way to overcome this?
