The locket only lasts for a few rounds and the shield plus the hp of Janna has more value than the dmg she does in the backline
It was always drop Janna and Kog Maw for Sett and Naut into itemizing a second carry - Hwei, or Azir. Could've guaranteed the win way easier.

its just the traits are not good. It doesn’t match anything unless u play invoker
She's strong but her traits sucks and fortune is hard to play
The unit herself is okay, but like the guys above me said, her traits are terrible, maybe you can pivot from fortune to invoker with like teemo holding items, but then Lillia is also really bad right now, so Annie is also affected.
Yes she’s strong but she has to be because her 2 traits are not strong (well fortune is strong just not combat wise), so having to play around those kinda sucks
