Chumvi is Kovu's dad, Zira is Kovu's mother then Chumvi spit up from Zira after discovering how loyal she was to Scar, Chumvi married Kula who was Scar and Zingela's daughter and they got a son called Afua
Chumvi does not really have Green eyes neither kovu but I belive scar is kovu's father

in the lion king it is said that Kovu is not the son of Scar,
also in the Guard of the Lion King, "it is said that Kovu and Vitani

If they are really brother and sister ,another theory proposes two variants
- Kula (some say Scar and an unknown lioness’s daughter)
x Tojo (which looks like Simba,would have blue eyes, found in Vitanie)
