Yeah those overlapping squamous/keratinocytic lesions are things I still struggle with daily. Maybe I’ll put together a collection of cases that I struggled with and make a video.

Can EHK be mistaken for kilocytosis ?

Yes they can look a bit similar at first glance. But with practice usually easy to distinguish. I have videos about both EHK and verruca/koilocytes here: kikoxp.com/posts/5084.
