People are either like "he's got no rings" or "come playoff they'll choke like that". Well LeBron didn't have any rings either before he went to Miami, and people still accepted he was the best player in the league (or top 3, not gonna start an argument about that). And we'll see about what he does in the playoffs next summer, no way to judge him by his last few playoff appearances. He was unlucky in that his best years so far were the ones where the Warriors absolutely dominated the west. He lost to them, as every other team (and Superstar) in the NBA did, until the Raptors came along against depleted Warriors and with the claw playing like MJ lite.
So why not just appreciate what he's doing right now, which is impressive, and see what happens in the playoffs.

@@seifsamara7545 There is no legitimate argument to be made for Harden being the best player in the world. Harden is insanely talented and undoubtedly one of the purest scorers the league has ever seen while at the same time he has learned how to exploit the game (which as much as i do hate it, it is a skill). Harden's not an efficient basketball player and his play style does not correlate to championship basketball. With the volume of shots he is allowed to put up in D'Antoni's offence along with how he gets his way to the line it's not surprise he is averaging 38ppg. I mean think about it, you dribble for 16 seconds of each possession, average 20 3PA a game, make 5-6 and get fouled on 4-5 of them and that's close to 30ppg right there. It's not efficient nor does it bring out the best in your teammates. Not everyone can do what Harden is doing, as i said he is insanely talented but Harden's play style is very much im gonna get my numbers and live with the results

Last few weeks he’s been getting doubled like crazy and he’s willingly facilitated without forcing the issue. Even when not doubled he is still a willing passer. As for not winning chips, they’ve only lost to the KD warriors the last 3 years. 1 injured hammy from CP3 away from the finals. So although it hasn’t concluded to a chip yet doesn’t mean it can’t.

Is he the most efficient, no but with the volume and workload he has to do night in and night out is impressive. Less than a handful of players can do what he’s doing and be as durable as he’s been. & yeah as for the chip sure no excuses but when you’re playing against an all-time historically great team like that and you lose your 2nd best player it kind of seems warranted. Bron couldn’t even force a 6 game series.
