How in the world do u rethread the bottom part of the car seat. I know how to do the shoulder straps but no one shows how to do the very bottom of the straps. The double I part of the straps

My crotch buckle doesn’t lengthen like that. I’m going to cry. My baby is only 4 months old. Do I have to get new car seats since the belt doesn’t get longer?
