I ran out and got it (10ft). Price is right for what it gives you vs others in it's category. I'd say only about $50 of Milwaukee tax was added... gotta pay it to stay team red.
I was once drilling for an exterior receptacle from the outside and through the rim joist. There was a 100 amp SER cable and BOOM! The cable was fished through two wooden I-Beams (TJI) and I had no way of knowing. Mind you, this was a job where the original EC who wired it was fired and the guy I was working for took over. Thankfully there wasn't much of a load on the FEEDER because we were still finishing up prior to a CO.

Is the cable for the camera detachable? If it stops working is it possible to replace the cable or do you have to replace the whole unit?
Yes, I believe you can replace the cable and even upgrade to a longer one. Either 9ft or 10ft I believe.

Do you know the IPT rating or otherwise waterproof ability of the camera line?
The best I can tell you is that this is rated as waterproof and okay for drain lines. I've used it underwater and had no issues after.
