An educating one. Thanks a lot from a Hungarian viewer. As you disassembled the filter air should have been vent out trough the top shiny screw on the top. If you just release the magnet to let the dirty water out it is fine not to air vent as the system remains air tight.

Great Video, however, the air should be vented prior to opening the filter back to the system and the top can be unscrewed for 2 reasons. 1, Cleaning and 2, For dosing the system with inhibitor or cleaning agents etc...

Shouldn't you vent the air out from the top of the TF1 before opening the exit and supply valves? I loosen the flat head screw to allow air to escape and then crack the supply valve to fill the TF1 until a solid stream of water comes out. Or do I just let my auto vents do their thing?

2:10 You did something at the top of the filter which wasn't in the frame. What?

in the manual it shows that the draining is done with the valve above the filter, you've done it with the one underneath. which valve should i open and will there be any air stuck in the system?

I have always thought that the instruction manual shows using the wrong valve!

Top valve open would drain from your boilers pump or heat exchanger. Better to use the bottom valve.

Why do Americans drone on and on, taking hours to tell us what can be explained in minutes.
