How to make Paneer-Capsicum subji

  • Paneer capsicum subji is super easy to make! It’s packed with protein from paneer and fiber from capsicum. Trust me, it’s absolutely delicious! You should definitely give it a try!
    Ingredients:
    - 2 tbsp oil
    - 1 pinch hing
    - 1/4th tsp jeera
    - 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
    - 2 small onions
    - 1 country tomato
    - 1 Bangalore tomato
    - Paneer (desired quantity)
    - 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    - Salt (as per taste)
    - 1 tsp jeera powder
    - Red chilli powder (as per taste)
    - 1 tsp garam masala
    - 2 capsicum
    - 1-2 green chilies
    - Coriander
    Method:
    1. Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame. Add hing, jeera, turmeric powder, and chopped onions. Sautee on medium flame.
    2. Once the onions are cooked, add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Cover with a lid and let it cook.
    3. Now add salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder. Mix well and cover with the lid again.
    4. Next, add chopped paneer and garam masala. Mix well and cover with the lid.
    5. Finally, add the chopped capsicum and cover with the lid for a while.
    6. Garnish with green chilies and coriander.
