How does Cream turn into Butter?

Half-fill a jar with cream, shake it for 20 minutes... and you've made butter 😲🤯 But how? How is it that simple to make butter? 🤔
There's actually some really interesting science happening here 😁 Check out this video to learn more, then try making your own butter at home! Just make sure you use cream with about 40% fat, and have the lid on nice and tight when you're shaking the container...
