- The plaintiff says she and the defendant were longtime friends, but they fell out. She’s suing her former friend for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says the plaintiff is after her husband and texted him obsessively. She claims the plaintiff never gave her a chance to repay the loan.
If the wife is not comfortable, your behind needs to stop texting her husband!!!
Yeah, even if she felt she was being innocent if they were friends she would’ve respected her friend and ceased the messages.
I never texted my blood sister's husband. If there was anything I needed to say to him I can tell my sister to tell him. Don't need his number at all.

Don't be fooled by passive aggressive actions and juvenile behavior. She contacted the husband frequently to irritate her friend. A woman with more social etiquette/social gracious would not have kept calling her friend's husband knowing that her relationship with the wife was shakey. A mature/wise woman would have sent a demand letter for payment to the friend. However, the friend was wrong for not paying the loan and for not communicating.
