My mom and I would watch an episode of Heartland together every day, and 3 weeks ago she passed away unexpectedly and I realized the last episode we had watched was the very last of Season 13. I cannot wait to start Season 14 in her honor and know that she is with me :)

This is a DEPRESSING trailer! Ty is like just reading his lines and the whole thing sounds dark and foreboding.

they didn't kill off Ty he chose to leave, watch the interviews with Amber Marshall and Graham Wardle they give a lot of insight to his leaving and how it affected all the cast and crew.

When all the rumors started about him being killed or written off these comment sections made it very clear they would stop watching. Amber is said to have posted on her CZcams channel that nobody was being killed or written off the show this season. I didn't see it so I can't confirm it. I'm also not sure when it was supposedly posted so . . . . .

TRUTH be told, I remembered when I saw this show pop up on my Netflix recommendations 2 yrs ago since I LOVE horse movies but this was a new twist for me. It gave me hesitations but I do NOT regret I first watched THAT 1st episode of Ty coming to Heartland and Amy was mad at him lol.
I certainly GREW to LOVE these people of a cast!! Also I listened to many music artists from this show and the iconic one was "Matthew Barber".

this show was recommended to me by a teacher in 2012 but it took me another two years to watch it, it has been such a wild ride and when it ends i'm going to be so sad. i will always love this so no matter what. The music has always been so good. also i hope you are healthy and safe in these hard times

I wouldn't think they would have 2 deaths in one episode. If something happens to Ty the fans probably wouldn't accept another love interest for Amy. Also I think Jack would be pretty torn up if something happened to Ty.

I agree. If Spartan, Caleb, and Ty all die- im kind of upset if that happens. what I DO want to happen is we get more information on Marion in season 14, since I feel like Amy will feel closer to her in this season.

@@shaunduquette5992 I've seen episode 1 season 14 about 8 times i live in the UK and loved it, it cut me up to see Amy suffer with Jack in the cabin but at least she finally opened up, i liked ty he and Amy they were a good match. Graham told Amber during season 13 he was leaving as he wanted to try new things and work on his podcast more i wish Graham all the best and hope that Heartland carries on for many many more years.

Yeah, I'm guessing maybe Spartan would end up being either retired or put down. He would be quite old by now. I really hope Ty doesn't get killed off, although the trailer shows Caleb having a pretty bad fall off that bronc, so maybe something happens to Caleb. I hope no one dies :(

personally i don’t think that he is killed off because heartland at the end of the day is a show suited for young kids and having a huge character who so many people are attached to killed off doesn’t seem likely but what i do think happens is that spartan dies in that explosion. if ty did die i think we would see atleast one clip of jack being torn as he was like a son to him but when amy does ask for advice he seems like what happened hasnt massively affected him so i really hope i’m right in saying this , sorry for that ramble 🤣

I feel like it would be a huge mistake to kill off Ty. Right now, it seems Heartland is the beneficiary of a big increase in viewership outside Canada, people like myself from other countries discovering it during the craziness of this past year. In my opinion, a big part of Heartland's appeal is the developing love story between Ty and Amy. Sure, many of us love the show for its beautiful setting and the horses, but central to all of that is the strifes, struggles, and ultimate rewards of their relationship. It kept us craving and binging episode after episode. When potential new fans find out that 13-year relationship ultimately ends in death, it eliminates a big part of what keeps us coming back to see what happens next. I know if he does die, I'm not telling my son who just started watching, or he'll stop. Nothing compelling at that point to bring him back if he learns all these beautiful, sad, suspenseful moments are for naught. That would be a shame. Another thing my husband pointed out, there isn't one person on this show that has a lasting, solid relationship. Jack's first wife we never truly meet, and he and Lisa are not together much of the time; Lou has relationship after relationship ending in failure; same with Tim; Caleb and Ashley, etc. Why can't we have this one example of a beautiful, loving, loyal, LASTING relationship? Just one. This one.

All good points but each scene seems capable of carrying multiple messages. Where they appear in the season is also huge. That kitchen scene in the beginning could be completely different depending on if it starts the season or ends it.

I can’t wait to watch it I have seen all of the seasons at least 6 times each I relate to this show soo MUCH
All Ty scenes seem to be a dream sequence, which leads one to believe that something did happen to him. However, the thing that sticks out the most to me as confirmation that he's gone, is that Amy and Lindy are still living at the ranch house. Why else wouldn't their new house that was start last season, not have been finished?? Hope I'm wrong, but just can't figure out any other explaination.
In season 13 they decided to halt construction on their house after the whole incident with Kirk and his horse.

Why is Ty only in scenes with Amy and Lindy? Why not in scenes with Jack or his mom? We all doesn't want him seen being killed or getting a divorce from Amy. We love them as a couple. Tamy has hold the show together through the years. They are the second rock, the first rock being Jack. It's not going to be the same without Graham Wardle on Heartland. Without him ever returning! Please just let him take another trip if for any reason he couldn't work that much this season. But don't let him be killed or get a divorce. Don't let Ty leave completely! Don't let Graham Wardle leave Heartland. He is one of my favorite characters. He is one of the Heartland family. He was there from the start. Please don't let anything happen to him that would make him disappear in any way! Please. We love Graham Wardle as Ty!

@@jackmalan7645 I don't think they did kill him. It wouldn't be like what the writers did write in the past thirteen seasons. Ty almost died a lot of times. And if he would die in this season... Wouldn't Amy cry? Wouldn't the whole family come together and grieve? He is part of the Heartland family after all. He plays a big part. And if he would die... Tim wouldn't meet with anybody else, Georgie surely wouldn't be jumping, when her uncle would have died. Lou, Lisa, Jack, Katie, Lindy, Quinn wouldn't have come to watch something, probably a springing event from Georgie. They would all grieve. So I think it's really unlikely that Ty dies in season 14 of Heartland. The trailer would have been different. Of course it's weird that he is only distant to Amy in all scenes, but that could very well be because of Covid itself, not necessarily because Ty leaves Heartland. And maybe Ty will only be in a couple of episodes, I hope he will be in all like last season, but I now think after giving it a lot of thought, that they won't kill him off. It wouldn't be right, a lot of fans would stop watching the show, which is not what the writers would want, clearly.
And about the scene when Amy holds Caleb's child (is it Caleb's and Cass' child? It has to be, hasn't it?) and apparently Caleb falling of that horse and gets hurt pretty badly... As you said: Why would Amy watch Caleb or whoever that is? We never see his face in that scene, so it could be someone else, but it is likely to be Caleb, but who knows.
Of course they could still kill Ty off in the season finale, but as it oculd be the series finale as well, what finale would that be? One of the main characters dying? Nobody would want to see that. So I'm pretty sure now, they won't kill him off. But it is pretty clear that he won't get as much screen time as he used to in most of the past seasons. So they must have written something as a reason for that. I'm excited what it is.
And if Ty does die, everyone, including me, will be very sad. But as for the whole family still living like nothing big happened, and Jack only tells Amy about what has kept her up at night... Jack wouldn't be thrilled either. They would all grieve. And plan his funeral. Jack wouldn't speak like only Amy's involved in the thing that apparently happens in the first episode, they would all miss Ty, not just his wife. What about his daughter? Lindy would cry her heart out, but not just his daughter... Everyone, including Caleb and many friends of the Heartland family and of course the Heartland family itself would cry their hearts out. If they wouldn't, they would all be out of character. Still remember Will's death? Jack was pretty sad even then and he was a side character, not even in more than 10 episodes or something. But everyone is close to Ty on Heartland. And the description for the third episode of the fourteenth season includes Amy crudgingly helps Ty's mom with her horse. If Ty died, why would she want help with her horse? She's his mom, for crying out loud. She would have just lost (if you believe the rumour) her only son. She wouldn't need help with her horse. She would only like to have Ty back! As would everyone else.
To conclude it all: Ty is most likely to stay alive and well in Heartland Season 14. He's *not* going to die. I just hope whoever fall off that horse that badly will stay alive too.
And it's going to be an emotional, most gorgeous season of one of the best shows I've ever watched! ❤️
I know they had to limit his time because he's an antimasker. Did you notice how he was never directly in the same shot as anyone else? He's probably off in Mongolia or something again.
This trailer makes me feel like it's gonna be a sad season, a jorney through the sadness, thats not good at all, trying to convey the message that despite sadness you can move forward and be happy, we don't want that, and Ty character doesnt deserve that, he is leaving through the back door, Amy as a girlfriend was very questionable and showed very weak principles in terms of fidelity in a relationship, but it has been very nice to see her as a wife, she is so good at it, I can't believe they are taking away such a Beautiful couple, I hope I'm wrong.

Boy this is a very depressing trailer I mean honestly we just went through a year of being depressed I sure hope that wasn't Caleb that fell off that horse and then an explosion with a fire something's going on with Amy and ty like a tell this is not going to be one of those happy seasons
Hear me out...what if Ty was there in the very beginning and then something happened like maybe he was in the explosion or something. It would make sense because Jack was saying stuff such as the memories will not haunt you forever but will give you comfort. When amy sees Ty in the office, hes not really there and then st the very end ty says your not alone and never will be. That sounds like something a spirit or ghost would say
