I was a huge fan of theirs back in the 90s, early 00s. Lost sight of them over the years, but it is SO good to see them still rocking stages like in their heyday. Ferocious performance here. Garbage hasn't aged in decades. They truly ARE "Special" indeed.
You are in for a treat. Their last couple albums have been amazing. I would definitely recommend No Horses, Sleep, Blood for Poppies, No Gods No Masters, and so on.

I always thought she was an alien. I kid you not. Look at her early photographs from just around the Version 2.0 era and the eyes are like from out of this world.
Honestly, No Gods No Masters is their best album. I never really got into them in the 90s aside from a couple songs, but NGNM is incredible start to finish.
Wish an awesome 😎 band would play in Pennsylvania. They bring peace 🕊️ to all in the this country here for there remarkable talents they all have an charming ways they are to all bands in America God bless America and Truly grateful for them and their business as well. Kick fuckin ass Garbage 🗑️
Always been a big fan. Man, that's good music. We are fuckin looking out for you all. Where else do you think you'd find the real Guardians of the Galaxy, on Uranus? They don't have TP there. God bless us one and all.
someone told me she was 5o , i just watched an interveiw with her saying when she was in school she had huge crush on john McEnroe .... No way she looks great u hope she plays well into her 80s i find her to be a very thourough and profesional lead singer solid sound and she knows how to handle her image, great voice and body integration.
She put on a better show at the Dallas concert. She was amazing. I saw her at the Dallas show. She seems to get a little annoyed at one point. She keeps fidgeting with her ear piece. Just my observation.
Those ear monitors are a pita. Even the custom molded ones that fit like a glove. Even those only last so long before they give up the ghost. I see her messing with her monitors all the time in concerts that i have seen online. It seems to me that she likes to have feedback on her voice at times and not others so she is constantly fidgeting with her ear piece. Either adjusting it to get better feedback or taking it out to hear her own voice compared to what is being put out by the band. When you see her cupping her ears it is to get better feedback and drown out the outisde. Mind you, what you, we,, hear on the ear monitors is not always music either. Sometimes it can be audio clues for songs if you have trouble remembering them. So a section of lysrics in your own voice might be used in absense of music. Or there could be reminders to other band members to remind them to keep their instruments not so loud during a quiet singing section if they constantly are over powering the singer. Drummers, like myself, might have the start of the song just to remind oneself of what is about to come as far as the beat is concerned.. There are many reasons as to why somebody might fidget with an ear piece but this is just part and parcel of being a working musician. They are not really to save your ears from noise although this is one function of them.
ive heard far worse but i still watch it. Here is one of their earliest shows you can find on the internet from 1995. This is their 23rd live show held at some large bar/club in Boston. czcams.com/video/xIPM_saxOYE/video.html Even back then they were just as tight as they are now. This is one heck of a gig. Wish i had been there but i was on the other coast at the time. In 1995 Garbage released Garbage and toured from Sep to Dec of that year. They then took of only TWO MONTHS and toured from Feb 1996 to DEC of that same year. They toured all damn year pretty much with appearances all over the world but most gigs being held in the US. They now have well over 1000 live appearances. I could care less about soud. Ever been to a grateful dead concert and then heard the bootleg for that show? You will shit yourself. Yet these shows still get traded like trading cards even with shitty sound.
As far as i know he uses a combo of acoustic and ekit. Acoustic heads with triggers for samples and sometimes a mix of real and ekit cymbals. Ive seen him play with roland cymbals but he is not using them in this clip since the tell tale sign of the white underbelly is missing. I assume some other brand. Nothing wrong with an ekit. Especially not when the one you are using is in the thousands of pounds range and is a pro kit. I use a 700 pound Ekit. Not nearly good enough to gig on. Close but not close enough. I would have to spend at least another 700 to get that kind of quality to gig on. Garbage are sample heavy and always have been so you need some way to trigger that. Be it stand alone pad or some other means. The ableton console that he uses stores the settings for the songs only.
Ive watched a lot of similar recordings of this tour. SM is "talking" through more and more of the melodies - recording voice still great but not strong live.
and she moves slowly and what happened to her face too? Don't get me wrong guys, I still love her with all of my heart and would have #^&@ her in all of her ^*#@& like a nasty little @^@^% she is for the principle! but still, the difference between 2016 and 2021 is shockingly massive and not to mention - Strange Little Birds was a better album too...

Excelente banda, excelente recital. Shirley diosa total!!! Heredera de Debbie Harris. :)
I’ve seen garbage six times, and I still say Butch Vig is a grossly underrated drummer.
He’s pretty handy as a record producer too.

Great show, Alanis was great2
Best Hard Rock over centuries.

Missed the best part with her closing line of the night: "Thank you Noblesville, you've been noble. We are Garbage. Fuck you."
It was before the last song. It was a great concert!
The way they mixed their song with dM’s Personal Jesus is a fucking masterpiece 👍👍👍👍
Yeah, 00:38:15
There is a nod to blondie at the start of Stupid Girl. Ive also heard a nod to Fleetwood Mac with Dreams at the end of You look so fine.
2022 I’ll be there!! 🤗 x
Thanks for posting this. My wife and I missed half of this show because it was a mess getting into the venue.
Sorry to hear that. Glad to share.

John McEnroe? Wow. I wonder if he is much of a fan of slightly grungy indy rock.

I really detest when people talk incessantly during a performance. This is the only time I feel violence is strongly suggested.

She's psyching herself up.
