I think you might be right! Also listening to him speak Spanish he just doesn't sound like a native Spanish speaker AT ALL. Benicio's whole personality feels like acting

- as an actor, I imagine there is an intense ammount of soulsearching involved in the proces of developing a characters, and there has to be sympathy involved when relating to the emotional aspects.
