i liked how when he transforms into perfect cell, the background even looks like the place in the anime cell reformed after self destructing...its the little touches that make me love these games lol

Cell's my favorite villain. In terms of supers, he really should have all of the Z fighter's moves. Making him the closest thing to a mimic character in the game.

I wish in Raging blast 2, you get a special item to perform a diff ultimate. Like Solar Kamehameha into a Spirit bomb for Cell or Super big bang crash into Unforgivable.
I encountered a glitch with super big bang crash. When I used it while the enemy was flying up, the enemy kept flying up during the ultimate. Even though the opponent seemed to not get hit at all, they still took damage. Didn't have it happen again, though, but I think it could happen again. Try it out!
@zwataketa Because Perfect Form and Perfect cell are different. Perfect Form is after Cell absorbed both androids, and it lasted until Cell tried to blow himself up to destroy the planet. Perfect is after Cell did that, his Namaken Genes allowed him to regenerate, and his Saiyan Genes make him grow stronger after surviving a near fatal blow.
His 1st form's ultimate should be Drain Life Cell. His 2nd form's ultimate should be Big Bang Crash, and if you keep clicking on triangle then he does many more Big Bang Crashes (with the other ones not having as much impact as the first one).

ok, cell lost the auto-explosion attack he had in BT3, but that was pretty fun to watch, and this looks more like a big bang crash volley attack, but it's still nice and taken from the show. anyway I wonder why they have always put the spirit bomb as an ultimate for cell until BT2, and then they finally put the right attack...

Cell is only comprised of Goku,Vegeta,Piccolo,Freeza and Cold. The anime screws that up by forgetting who he's made of. Lastly there doesn't need to be two perfect Cell forms.
Basically Perfect Form Cell is when Cell FINALLY got to Perfection, "Perfect Cell" (or Super Perfect Cell), is when gohan kicked in his head so hard he spat out android 18, changed back to Semi Perfect Cell, then Semi Perfect Form Cell Blows himself up, then regenerates and Transforms via regeneration into Perfect Cell

A nice original attack, even if it is a ramming attack, which I hate. I like the Prelude to Perfect Form, too. I used to get so scared of that when I was younger. Semi: FINALLY!! Galic Gun! I've been waiting so long for them to give him this! And the explosion thing's gone. Not bad for the other two, but I like how he has Death Sauzer.

Holy crap! I used all 500 characters on my other description! Anyways, when are they gonna bring back Power-Weighted Cell? I liked him and he hasn't been a playable character since Budokai 1. In fact, the de-evolution ultimate could be his. If they give Cell his human souls aura and perfect > super perfect transformation aura, they should be customizable auras. Imagine Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Hercule, or Videl with the human souls aura. Peolpe will take them seriously then.

It's weird to have Travis Willingham do the voice of Cell in the story mode and for the new moves and Dameon Clarke do the grunts and every other sound clip in this game.
He would look exactly the same. His forms are simply: no androids absorbed, one android absorbed and 2 androids absorbed. Which one makes no difference.

I think this would only work if they give Cell, like Goku, multiple ultimates. Such as "Enraged" for Second Form and it changes his ultimate to that explosion. Cell needs to play with his transformations. Form 1 Cell really isn´t that bad though, and Omega, sorry, but you do realize Cell has multiple signatures, if you press a direction as well... :o (might say this in advance, Gotenks too and Videl has 2 signatures depending if she is in air or ground).

I'm confused. why would the make Cell(Perfect Form) and Cell(Perfect) seperate characters. They look exactly the same! If it's just because of the ultimates, they could just made them both available as ultimates for Cell(Perfect Form), kinda like how Goku has all those Spirit Bombs, if you ask me.

i just watched cell's BT3 movie, you really see the difference in the quality of the character designs

I always used speedy characters on my team but Cell(2nd form) was a real powerhouse, his strength is pretty decent

No, he doesnt. The direction you push just changes what smash attack he uses. They are the same as his normal smash attacks though.

My problem with Cell, is that his Voice Actor changed, and that they mixed reused voice clips with new ones.
