Hi Dee. You mentioned the "flat pillow" problem. If you put your bed pillows in the dryer for 10-15 minutes on heat, it will kill dust mites and fluff your pillows and they look like new again.

Hi Dee: FYI…The Kraft Parmesan cheese contains “cellulose” (AKA wood pulp). It is used as an anti clumping additive. Many manufacturers use this. Generally it is safe under 2-3% however tests have shown many manufacturers use more because it is cheaper. I usually use the wedge of Parmesan. Yes it is quite expensive but it freezes well and tastes fantastic.

Thanks Dee! It also crossed my mind to buy the mini avocado cups instead of whole avocados. The price is crazy. Also tofu prices have jumped.

I make a similar shrimp pasta but I steam the veggies on top of the pasta pot, saves washing up extra pots. I also find slicing the bumpy end off the lemon you can get more juice out of it. So happy to see you looking healthy.
They have Wholly avocado mash at my Costco in Edmonton now! Just avocado and salt. I haven’t tried it yet so I can’t speak to how good it is, but I hope it is!

I can’t do the garlic or onion juice in most packaged guacamoles so I am looking forward to finding the avocado mash thanks for the tip!
You can always ask them at checkout to grab something you forgot. They have staff that are called runners just for that reason😊

I love shrimp, have a bag not opened,I will be trying that.YUMMY!!! We do skewers to. The meat done that way looks so good. I will be trying that to. I add tomatoes. Great haul !!! 💕🇨🇦👍🐶

Boiling tofu in salted water also makes the texture better … more firm.

Not sure if you like wings but air fryer makes best crispy wings. Try them. The best appliance invented. I do salmon, smaller pizzas and many things. Get crispy and yummy. Try things.

Hi Dee.faithfully watching your blogs. Wow. I see those Nonnie's lemoncello biscotti. I know them well. I must have gained 5 lbs last year from eating several bags of those delicious treats. So so addictive. Might not get them this year as I eat too many. Saw them at our Costco last week and rushed past them quickly. I hid them in the car trunk even, but at night would go down to car parkade and rescue the bag to snack on. That dangerous but so lemony and good.Be careful 😉 Good haul. Maryam from Edmonton. Hi Dee, just a suggestion girl, the so,ver hills bread orange bag is a better healthier bread then other obviously the sourdough is tasty though…Be careful with organic stuff it doesn’t mean healthy cause bad oils and lots of sugars for you and the famiy ex: juice, seaweed etc..you gav3 me an idea for the pillows hmmm…love the recipe yummmm…but breaking pasta noooo lol
