What’s old is still the garbage problem all over Cebu making it the dirtiest island in the country! Come when it’s raining and experience flooding! That will be something worth writing about!
Correction... I think it's not slanting beam, it is a slanting column or diagonal column. Beam and column are different, beam is horizontal structure while the column is a vertical structure... Just saying, thanks.. peace...
