I think that the glow was alex and she had timetraveled on maris orders so that she can get the butterfly miraculous back and that woman sitting is amilie not emilie cuz natalie had already died so I think gabriel gave his life for natalie instead of emilie or else she wouldnt have been alive.

Also, after Gabriel's wish is made and the world is changed by it, the statue of Emilee that had been on the Agreste property no longer exists, and a statue of Gabriel is set up in the Town Square in the newly remade world. The absence of the statue of Emilee is a very good hint that she is now alive. Besides, Adrien is too young to be without both parents. Also, I believe that Gabriel would have wanted to have Emilee and Natalie reunited as they had become friends before Emilee died.
