- THIS CATERPILLAR 320D THE ENGINE NEWLY OVERHAUL BUT ALMOST 2DAYS OF TROUBLE SHOOTING, WE LUCKY TO FIND OUT WHY IT IS NOT STARTING, JUST KEEP ON WATCHING WE WILL SHOW HOW, AND WHERE IS THW PROBLEM.

Good evening! Dear, could you help with advice. Why does the caterpillar 320 dl get oil into the fuel and clog the fuel filters?
bro pls subscribe and also like and share,thanks for watching,bro i cant understand what do you want to say.for my understanding your oil is going into oil filter,thats the reason of fuel filter clogged,correct me if i am wrong.how possible the oil is in the fuel filter,if thats happens the it will mix to the diesel and will become same as a diesel,but the effect to the engine is smoking only,but can cause of clogging,i dont know how its possible.

So, I am having a similar problem. Had code 00198, changed filters runs great if I can get it to start. Shut it off and it won’t start again, keep trying and eventually get lucky and it starts, runs great, but as soon as you shut it down it won’t start again. Need to know how to fix it. Local cat shop has been no help
bro sorry i only now see your message but how i can help you,.? you never mention what is the brand name of your machine. usualy if the machine is common rail type of engine check the return valve if the return volume of return is to much you hev to something to hold the pressure, or maybe injector needed to calibrate, but this just a simple idea that i want you to check, because you did not give me an info about your machine, the like i am catching in the ground no water.
Please, what is the reason, the pressure is low, as we saw in the video for the 320d engine, which means who is causing this malfunction and thanks for the video

actualy bro the reason is return valve of common rail, the spring and boll inside is loose, thats why i try my the idea, to grif by flier the return hose, to see if the engine will start, but its lucky my idea is succes
#CATERPLLAR JHUNHUNK smart trick bro. but this is the high pressure relief valve and the return valve should be in the return line not the pressure line
we knew that, the mechanic he almost crazy whats wrong about his work,for morethan two days of trying to start, still they cant start, that is new overhaul engine, so is my chance to apply my technics, and the next day they only change the return valve, after that everything done

It is a C6. 4 engine, I want also to add sir.. At lower portion of the injection pump, a bit lower of the shut off coil solenoid, there is also 1 sensor there similar to the sensor in the flywheel.... If that is not good it will not also start... It is the starting sensor... It is the primary sensor and the sensor in the flywheel is the secondary sensor..
actualy your write about that information,that sensor is command for fuel distribution timing if thats damage engine will not start,about this video theres no problem on that sensor,the problem is on the return valve that holding the normal pressure of the common rail,thanks for sharing of your extra knowlege boss,we hope that you can give more useful idea to help others,thank you very much

Try to check just try to remove the coil remove 6screw only coil then remove the spring or the spacer only if there is then fix back the coil at the same position then try to start. Contac me in my whatsapp, +971567581176

bro i am sorry for late response, regarding about you question, there is exact resistance all the sensor you are mentioning on your message, the monitoring system of the machine is the responsisble to detec if the snsor is damaging or slightly damage is eighter showing an error or hard starting with error

wla kang iba gagalawin kondi linisin ang airfilter or palitan ksi yan pweding baradu n kya ung switch nya pra s detection ng plugged ay nagcclose contac, or pwede rin tanggalin mo airfilter pero before noon eh switch of mo muna ang machine pra mag release s pagkaka contac ung switch s filter, then tanggalin mo filter lahat at paandarin ng wlang filter tingnan mo kung lalabas p ung plugged, at saka eh reset mo pla ung maintenace record ng airfilter o lahat n ibalik mo s normal lahat ng maintenance record nya isa rin pla s dahilan un once kasi n reach nya ung maximun n nka setup doon
